army.school is a training reference library and set of cadre tools for Army Officer Candidate School (OCS) and similar small-unit leadership courses. It collects the operations orders, tactical references, and evaluation workflows that leaders work through during Troop Leading Procedures (TLP) training — squad STX lanes, the culminating FLX, and the quick references that go with them.

The library holds the notional OPORDs and references candidates use to plan and execute squad- and platoon-level missions. The cadre tools — class rosters and the LAP matrix, developmental counseling (DA 4856), SOAR cards, and candidate evaluations — replace the spreadsheets cadre once used to track candidate performance. Reading the library and using the tools requires an approved account.
